High dimensional consistency is achieved by trimming to scribe lines which are designed into the mould tools.
In the event a Customer requires greater dimensional consistency (Automotive Level) Quantum have established relationships with external machinist that are used to working with GRP. Also on offer is a full assembly service to include but not limited to; fitting of locks, handles, hinges, brackets, grills, and insulation materials.
